Emma’s dynamic approach uses a wide range of hands-on manual techniques. Her approach goes beyond the structural or mechanical aspects of pain, taking into consideration all aspects of an individual’s health. In doing this, Emma is experienced in delivering a tailored and holistic patient-focused approach to treatment and advising on a wide range of health issues. She also practices medical acupuncture to alleviate pain and reduce inflammation.
Emma stresses the importance of swiftly reducing her patients’ symptoms, identifying the causes of pain, and educating her patients to understand their injuries and pain so that they can heal faster and in the long term. Her aim is to promote health and well-being and to encourage her patients to take an active role in their recovery.
Emma stresses the importance of rehabilitation as part of the recovery process in order to maintain the benefits gained from treatment and provide effective and long-term results. She has a keen interest in Pilates and has completed a Pilates training course, which she uses as part of rehabilitation with her patients.
